How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will respond within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely and ship to the address provided
  4. Include your order number inside the package

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

Shipping Costs for Returns
